We carefully consider plant selection based on site conditions such as sunlight, drainage, soil type, spacing, and long-term performance. We also provide guidance regarding watering and ongoing care after installation.

However, once a project is completed, there are many factors outside of our control that directly affect plant health and survival. These can include, but are not limited to:

• Weather extremes (heat, drought, excessive rainfall, freezing temperatures, wind, etc.)
• Watering practices and irrigation performance
• Deer and animal damage
• Insect or disease pressure
• Drainage or soil conditions beyond visible surface conditions
• Chemical exposure or lawn treatment applications
• Mechanical damage from mowing, trimming, pets, construction, etc.

Because of these variables, Perfect Earth Landscape does not offer a warranty on plant material or landscape installations.

That said, we genuinely care about the success of every project we install. If issues arise, we are always happy to evaluate the situation and work with our clients toward practical solutions whenever possible.
