Drainage Solutions FAQs

Why do you use PVC instead of corrugated black pipe?

PVC is stronger, smoother inside, far more durable, less likely to crush, and offers better long-term water flow.

How long does a drainage installation take?

Most projects take 1–2 days depending on trenching length, depth, soil conditions, and the number of basins or tie-ins.

Can you connect to my existing downspouts?

Yes β€” we routinely tie in gutter downspouts and route them underground to proper discharge points.

Will the new system solve standing water in my yard?

In most cases, yes. With correct pitch, PVC piping, and grading adjustments, water will reliably move away from problem areas. We are not a basement or foundation waterproofing company and cannot guarantee a water-free basement.

Do you install French drains?

Yes β€” we install French drains using perforated PVC pipe and gravel systems to intercept subsurface water.

When is the best time for drainage work?

Drainage installations can be completed March through December, and as long as ground conditions are workable, seasonal timing does not impact quality.
